The object of the utmost care of our designers from the "HABITAT" department is to modernize and at the same time test complete sets of devices for treating living and economic sewage. Thanks to a diverse range of devices, SOTRALENTZ treatment plants can be installed even in unfavourable land and water conditions (however, after a detailed evaluation of land character and the level of underground water). They can serve facilities with up to 50 equivalent inhabitants.


All Sotralentz Plastepur devices are made from PEHD polythene of high density, by means of the method of press-forming using blow technology, in a fully automated production process.
An inventive production system, ensuring manufacturing reliability and guaranteeing high product quality, is the result of thirty-years specialization in the area of press-forming with blow moulding.
Specially designed devices shape as well as homogenous highest quality material used for their production (PEHD - high density polythene), guarantees their high mechanical strength, stability, and resistance to land pressure.




And there are a few example features characterizing our products:

• Small tanks weight: 3000 litre settling tank from light concrete weighs ca. 1300 kg, and Epurbloc® of the same volume only 120 kg, which is more than 10 times less.
• Tightness – lack of joints eliminates the risk of leaks.
• Resistance to impacts and temperature changes.
• Resistance to corrosion and aggressive substances present in sewage (including sulphur compounds causing concrete degradation).

In order to ensure constant high quality of devices, we continually conduct strict quality examinations and controls, both of materials and ready-made products, according to the procedures defined in Quality Assurance System ISO 9001:2000.
