Package of SOTRALENTZ SYSTEM programs

The SOTRALENTZ Company, operating on the Polish installation market for 10 years, together with its experienced and long-term partner - HYDRO-SYSTEM Lublin – based on years of practice, thousands of installed sewage treatment plants, current contacts with customers, state administration agencies, has pleasure to offer:

first in Poland, absolutely original and tested in practice for over a year, a "SOTRALENTZ SYSTEM" package of computer programs, including programs:

• for selection and tendering of home sewage treatment plants - Dobór
• for generating profiles of long sewage treatment plants - Kreślarz,
• for documentation, service, and a database - Serwisant,
• for selection and tendering of fuel oil tanks - Olejak.

The abovementioned computer programs are mutually complementary and form a whole which greatly facilitates work and saves time and money.



Characteristics of programs contained in the packages:

DOBÓR

The program is available on a CD and contains all current documents related to home sewage treatment plants. These are, among others, catalogue cards, prospectuses, price lists, principles of dimensioning, partners list and a program of device selection allowing to complete in a very easy way the devices in the system of: diffusing drainage, vertical filter, filtration field or the biofilter. Using this program, we can make a complete list of devices, estimate the cost of earth works and additional materials, as well as print the compilation in the form of a complete offer.

KREŚLARZ

This program cooperates with the selection program and enables generating a profile of long profile of designed sewage treatment plant, in exactly the same form and range as was previously selected by the selection program described above. The program user should only give the land ordinates, slopes, cavings, and particular lengths of sections. The computer format of the developed illustrations is recreated and fit for further processing in CAD type programs. It is a simple and fast form of making legally required technical drawings related to the legal procedure indispensable during realization of investments of this type.

SERWISANT

This program keeps the record and chronicle of all events related to a particular customer: from the first visit, through preliminary offer, procedures related to obtaining all necessary documents and permits, and next: investment documents and complete control and organization of the service (dates of cleaning the filter, collecting deposits, dosage of bacteria, customer’s payments for the service, etc.) This program is of assistance for companies serving a larger number of sewage treatment plants and wishing to help themselves in work related to the service organization. The program has a number of options and possible applications. It was successful in practice.

OLEJAK

This program is intended for selection and completion of a battery of containers for light fuel oil. It enables fast preparation of a price offer for a selected type of containers and the type of battery. Moreover, the program comes with a module which enables an estimate of seasonal demand for fuel oil for a facility in question.
