SERWISANT version 3.3

Serwisant is particularly recommended for contracting and services companies. It allows quick access to customers’ data and the devices served. The program keeps the record and chronicle of all events related to a particular customer. The customer data, once entered, may be used for generating associated documents. The program comes with templates of, among others:

• authority to act on behalf of the investor.
• application for a decision about the land management and development conditions,
• application for a building permit,
• sewage treatment plant realization agreement,
• service agreement.

It is possible to make changes in the already existing templates as well as to create a personal document template in which it is possible to use the customer and company data. The generated document can be printed or opened in the default text editor. The program allows tracing documents related to the legal procedures which are filed in successive offices. The phone number of clerk responsible for documentation is automatically displayed. The program has a well developed database of available printouts. It is possible to print, for instance:

• history of services realized for the customer,
• list (for a given day) of devices requiring periodic maintenance works. The list contains, among others, a mark stating possible payment arrears of the customer.
• reference list, with the possibility of narrowing down the customers to a given district or town or country.
• address on an envelope.

This program is useful for companies operating a larger number of sewage treatment plants and wishing to aid themselves in work related to service organization. The program has a number of options and possible applications. It was successfully used in practice.
