They are designed in a way to raise your company competitiveness. The container is fully dismountable and all its parts are replaceable. The containers have ISO 9002 certificate.

The container is made from semi-transparent high density polythene, giving the possibility to see the liquid level. In the case where the container is intended for storing light-sensitive substances, it can be made from polythene dyed black, and when the substance is light and warmth sensitive, we suggest milky white. Thanks to folds on container side walls, we get its exceptional durability and resistance to liquid pressure from the inside. Additionally, such shaping of walls reduces the effect of liquid rocking in the container. Shaping the container bottom provides almost complete elimination of liquid remaining in the container after emptying it.
Polythene used for producing containers is fit for storing food products and most chemical products. The containers are produced in two volumes: 820 and 1.000 dm3.

Replaceable valves are a very important element of containers. Each time whilst purchasing a container, its use has to be specified, and on this basis choose the appropriate type of outlet valve, equipped with appropriate gaskets. The choice is made depending on the liquid stored in the container in such a way that it doesn’t have an unfavourable effect on gaskets, and especially that it doesn’t cause their dissolution, swelling, hardening, and cracking. In order to eliminate mistakes, each type of goods is distinguished with a different colour of a closing handle.

Container protection cage is made up from steel bars automatically welded, protected with polyester and epoxy coat or galvanized. It provides resistance to horizontal and vertical pressures, receives shocks, and allows storing containers in a few layers. Side walls reinforcements especially profiled in the cage prevent their building due to liquid pressure in transport.

The pallet, according to the customer’s wish, can be made from wood, metal, or plastic. It is compliant with binding standards and the same for all containers of 820 and 1.000 litres, which allows efficient use of surface whilst storing and transporting.





IBC SLX 820

820-litre container can be filled with products of density from 1.9 to 1.4 (depending on the type of pallet).
It is first and foremost aimed for products of high density.
