ALL ELEMENTS OF SOTRALENTZ CONTAINERS ARE REPLACEABLE
CONTAINER
Produced using the press forming with blow moulding method from semi-transparent high density polythene, which enables constant monitoring of the level of liquid. In the case the contained is intended to store light-sensitive substances, it can be produced from polythene dyed black in the moulding.
CAGE
Produced from welded steel wire, protected against corrosion with polymerized epoxy polyester. Openwork casing, thanks to vertical reinforcement with stiffeners, it boasts very high resistance to vertical and side forces. Both flexible and solid, it absorbs impact and enables multi-layer storage.
ID TAG Produced from pre-galvanized metal. Standard dimensions: 331 x 390 mm, optionally:
- 667 x 390 mm
PALETTE
Acording to the customer’s wish, it can be produced from wood, plastic or metal. It complies with the valid norms and it is identical for containers of 820 and 1000 litres, which enables rational use of space when storing and dispatching.
Fitted by means of simple turning on, with construction enabling very exact liquid dosage. Triple protection ensures perfect tightness and safeguard against undesired opening. The handle colour specifies the type of gaskets used.
SPECIAL PE OUTLET VALVES For special uses, special outlet valves were projected, mainly:
- grey outlet valve fitted on black containers intended for light-sensitive substances,
- outlet valve with degassing terminal – for substances which require degassing,
- outlet valve with ZnAl alloy ring covered with epoxy coat – for chemically aggressive substances
METAL OUTLET VALVES
- 1 1/2” brass ball valve with a metal or plastic plug with a chain for UN version (MF 40 type with external ordinary thread and external fine thread, or M type only with an external pipe fine thread).
- Stainless butterfly 2” valve.
CLOSURES Their diameter is 150 or 220 mm. Apart from standard closures, there are closures in different versions:
- adjusted to fitting a pump: with a 2” opening and undesired opening security system,
- with a degassing valve,
- with a degassing valve,
- with a device enabling emptying without removing the closure.
DEGASSING VALVE
A patented degassing system, functioning at specified pressure (75 mbar ±25) - (blue).
QUICK EMPTYING
A patented system of quick emptying without removing the closure (beige).
